Married with two boys in elementary school that wasn't using the pool that much. I got tired of cleaning and maintaining without it getting use. Don't underestimate your property worth....it's where you live and share, so make you set a price that's worth it for you... keep in mind your expenses, time, risks, and time that you don't get to use your own pool. Remember that Swimply will take 15% of your bookings (just like AirBnB) and after you pay taxes, your net income from this should be high enough to make it worth it.
